June Favourites

It’s that time of the month again… it’s favourites time!

I love reading these posts – mainly because I’m unbelievably nosy – and thought that it was about time that I try my hand at writing one myself! I’ve most definitely got quite a lot to talk about this month so let’s jump right into the post…

The first thing I’ve been loving this month is, of course, Love Island. I feel like everyone was talking about it last year and I wanted to find out what the fuss was about. I wasn’t really expecting much from it and didn’t even expect to watch past the first episode but I. Was. Hooked. It’s so addictive! It’s also lovely being able to watch it during this heatwave, not lusting after the sunshine!

My next favourite this month is something I’ve been looking forward to for a very long time is Morgan Matson’s new book “Save the Date”. I have loved every one of Morgan’s books so far and this one was definitely no exception. It was quite different to her previous books, in that it was set in a very small time frame, but it still has the same happy-go-lucky charm that I fell in love with the minute I started reading her books. I wouldn’t say it’s my favourite one of hers – Amy and Roger’s Epic Detour will forever hold that special place in my heart – but it’s still a great summer read if you’re looking for one! You can pick that up here.

The next favourite is slightly random but something I’ve been really enjoying these past few weeks is Treaclemoon’s Honeycomb Secret shower gel. It smells absolutely glorious; it’s a lovely sweet scent but not overpowering and foams up really nicely. I would definitely recommend and you can get that here.

Another thing I’ve been loving this month is Makeup Revolution’s Flawless 4 palette. I did a full review of the palette when I first bought it back in January when I first bought it, so for more information you can read that here. I am still so so in love with the shades and have recommended it to so many friends! It’s cruelty free and is only £8.00 for 32 shades, which is brilliant value, and you can find it here.

The final thing I’ve been really enjoying this month is Heathers the Musical. I am obSESSED. Anyone who knows me knows that I LOVE musicals, and Heathers has become my latest favourite since I saw Carrie Hope Fletcher and the London cast’s performance at West End Live (which you can watch here – but beware! It’s addictive!). It’s currently being performed at the Other Palace in London and I’m so disappointed that I missed out on tickets but I live in hope that I’ll have another chance to see it. P.S Seventeen is perfect ❤

So, that concludes my June favourites – and my first post in quite a while! Some of you might know that I’ve been doing my GCSEs for the past few months, which has been stressful and tiring to say the least, so I’ve not been able to write much, but since exams finished, I’ve been busy planning blog posts for the summer which I’m so excited to share with you, so remember to follow my blog so that you can read them!

I just ordered Save The Date about a week ago and I am so excited to read it this summer! I love Morgan Matson’s books, especially Since You’ve Been Gone 📚😊
